SURVIVAL

Survival is the incredible story of a Jewish family that escaped from Latvia in June, 1941, as the German armies were marching toward Russia. Their struggle for survival while in exile in Siberia during WWII is painstakingly detailed, followed by their son Bence's return to Riga as the war came to an end. His adventures started when he was forced to join the Russian army. His ultimate escape and his quest to locate the ex-Nazi officers who were perpetrating new violence against the surviving Jews, makes this story a page turner.
